This agreement constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between you as the user/client and StoryBlinker.
Our Rights
StoryBlinker reserves the right to remove any content, including articles, photos, and videos, at any time. If you come across any offending or inappropriate material, please report it by contacting us through our contact page: https://www.StoryBlinker.co.in/contact-us/
User Permissions
- You are welcome to share the content published on StoryBlinker through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other platform.
- If you wish to syndicate any articles published on StoryBlinker on your own website, blog, or any other online property, you may share the article text followed by a link to the original article published on the StoryBlinker website.
Restrictions
- You may not publish StoryBlinker’s content on your own website or social media channels without providing proper credit to StoryBlinker.
- You may not use any of StoryBlinker’s proprietary materials, such as text, graphics, or videos, for commercial purposes.
Payments & Communication
- All payments to StoryBlinker are processed through our bank account after sharing a PDF or payment gateway generated invoice with the client via email.
- All client communication, invoices, and related information are shared with the user/client via private email accounts hosted on StoryBlinker’s web domain.
- StoryBlinker does not have any resellers and strongly advises users/clients to be cautious of any individuals or companies claiming to have access to StoryBlinker’s domain, services, events, or any part of StoryBlinker.
- StoryBlinker takes no responsibility and does not entertain refund requests if a user/client is deceived by imposter individuals or companies.
Refunds & Cancellations
As a content and media services provider, StoryBlinker incurs various costs, including team member compensation, client communication, content creation, advertising, server costs, and more. Therefore, all clients must adhere to the following terms:
- No refunds or order cancellation requests will be entertained once a user/client purchases any service or event ticket from StoryBlinker.
- If a client requests a refund for a selected service, StoryBlinker’s team will cancel the order and provide an alternate service with customized benefits after communicating with the client via email.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
- The wordmark “StoryBlinker” and the logo are registered trademarks of StoryBlinker.
- The website layout of StoryBlinker.com is the intellectual property of StoryBlinker and may not be copied or reproduced in any manner.
- The content on the website, including articles, service names, and event names, is copyrighted.
- Strict legal action will be taken against any individual, group, or organization that attempts to copy or reproduce StoryBlinker’s intellectual properties.
